About These Terms

These terms outline how Saphiros Cleaning Boutique provides residential cleaning services in the Salt Lake Valley, Utah. By requesting an estimate or scheduling a service, you agree to the terms below.

Estimates

All cleaning estimates are personalized and based on the details you provide about your home. An estimate is not a confirmed appointment — it is a proposal that we'll finalize together based on your home's specific needs.

We do not offer instant online pricing. Pricing reflects the service type, scope, size, and condition of your home.

Services

We offer Maintenance Cleaning (recurring, bi-weekly or monthly), Deep Cleaning & Resets, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning. Weekly plans are available on request but are not advertised as standard. Move-in and move-out services are always custom-quoted for empty residential spaces.

Cleaning Products & Approaches

We offer a plant-based (green) cleaning approach and a professional standard alternative. We use HEPA-filter vacuums, professional flat-mop systems, and color-coded microfiber cloths. We do not claim that any product is universally safe, chemical-free, hypoallergenic, or guaranteed to prevent reactions — please share any sensitivities so we can tailor our approach.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask for reasonable notice for changes or cancellations so we can adjust our team's schedule. Specific cancellation details will be confirmed when your appointment is booked.

Service Area

Our primary service territory is the Salt Lake Valley, Utah. We reserve the right to decline service outside our service area. Reach out to confirm availability for your neighborhood.

Liability

Saphiros is licensed and insured. We take care to protect your home and belongings. In the rare event of an issue, please notify us promptly so we can address it. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our team.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
